| Long description | ProFire Excel ProFire Excel is Pressteks illustration technology of the newest generation. from more than one decade of research and development and the experience from thousands of installations profits. The basis of ProFire Excel is a single picture data platinum which steers 16 microns of laser diodes. Every laser diode contains four independently taxable laser beams. Moreover, ProFire Excel offers the patented image to plus technology with which the image quality is considerably increased and at the same time the likelyhood is reduced by Moiré patterns in standard rest substitutes. ProFire Excel is used currently in two page Tu pressure machines by Ryobi, Kodak polychrome Graphics and KBA. Tu pressure machines are available in different configurations as a production pressure machine or entrance device. The production pressure machine contain two illustration heads with six laser diodes in each case. All together the pressure plate is illustrated by 48 laser beams (24 of every head). The illustration is concluded at about 4,5 minutes. The pressure machine for the beginner contain two illustration heads with three laser diodes in each case. All together the pressure plate is illustrated by 24 laser beams (12 of every head). The illustration is concluded at about nine minutes.
